  1. What types of tickets are available?

    We offer three types of tickets for the event:

    • Entrance Tickets – General admission to the event grounds or the Concrete Embankment
    • Grandstand Tickets – Reserved seating with the best view of the field and track. Grandstand seats are split into 6 sections. Please refer to map to decide which section you would like to be seated.
    • Parking Tickets – Access to official event parking areas near the venue.

    All tickets are sold as a 2 day event package covering both the 27th November and the 28th November. Individual day tickets can be purchased subject to availability at the venue in person on the day.


  2. How can I buy tickets?

    Tickets can be purchased safely and easily through our official event website. Choose your ticket type, select your quantity, and complete payment online.


  3. Can I buy tickets at the venue?

    If tickets haven’t sold out, a limited number will be available at the gate. However, we recommend buying online in advance to avoid queues and disappointment. Tickets purchased at the gate will be for one event day only.


  4. How will I receive my ticket?

    All tickets are sent by email immediately after your payment is confirmed. You can print them or show the QR/barcode on your mobile phone at the entry gate. Should you not receive an email confirmation or are unsure please contact our livechat support.


  5. I haven’t received my ticket – what should I do?

    Check your spam or junk mail folder first. If it’s not there, please contact our livechat support team with your name and payment reference.


Payments & Fees

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major debit or credit cards.


  2. Are there any extra fees?

    There are no booking or service fees for this event.


  3. Can I reserve tickets and pay later?

    Unfortunately, tickets can only be confirmed once payment has been made in full.


Grandstand Tickets

  1. Are seats in the grandstand reserved?

    Yes. Each grandstand ticket includes a reserved seat number, shown on your ticket.


  2. Can I choose my seat when I book?

    No - you will be allocated the best available seating in your group when you book within your chosen section. For any specific arrangements please contact the livechat support.


  3. Are the grandstands covered?

    Yes, the grandstand sections are covered. The seating map and ticket descriptions will indicate this.


Parking Tickets

  1. Do I need a separate parking ticket?

    Yes. Each vehicle requires its own parking ticket to access the official event parking areas.


  2. Where is the parking located?

    Official parking zones are located near the event venue. Details and directions will be provided on your parking ticket.


  3. Can I buy a parking ticket on the day?

    Parking tickets may be available at the gate if not sold out, but advance purchase is recommended as spaces are limited.


Ticket Changes, Refunds & Transfers

  1. Can I get a refund if I change my mind or can’t attend?

    All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the event is canceled or rescheduled.


  2. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

    Yes. You can forward your e-ticket to another person if you can no longer attend.


  3. What happens if the event is postponed or canceled?

    If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
    If canceled, you’ll automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method.


At the Event

  1. Do I need to print my ticket?

    No printing is necessary. You can show the QR code on your phone at the entry gate.


  2. What time do the gates open?

    Gates will open at 8am and close at 5pm. Please check your ticket or our website for updated schedules.


  3. Can I leave and re-enter the venue?

    Re-entry is allowed. Please check with security staff on the day.
